The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Glasgow and to take a bus or a train to other places in Scotland. Nearby bus station is a convinienttly link to the airport. Comfort of the room was great, the view from the room at a higher level was also nice. Theaters are in proximity to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Especially Lena was very accommodating and professional. Breakfast is very tasty and offers a variety of good food. Staying in Maldrone was super comfortable.

This is a well maintained and new looking hotel in the heart of Glasgow. It has automated check in but we used the desk and the staff actually checked us in super early even though we were happy to have them hold our bags, it was wonderful customer service. The breakfast offered (at extra cost) was very good and constantly restocked. The beds were very comfortable. We also had a package delivered and the hotel was super helpful for this.

The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many local attractions. We found our stay very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout. The breakfast buffet was very good, featuring a traditional Scottish breakfast along with a nice variety of pastries, fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, and breads. While the rooms were a bit small, they were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff were especially kind and accommodating. Since a personal room refrigerator wasn’t available, the staff kindly offered to store my insulin in a secure refrigerator in their staff area, and I was able to request it whenever needed — a very thoughtful and accommodating gesture. We also appreciated the small touches like the tea kettle, bottled water, and cookies, which made for a perfect afternoon warm-up after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect location. A nice modern hotel with enough room for the two of us, a small table, two chairs and a shelf with a kettle and two cups. I asked for a flatter pillow and it was delivered to the room the same day. Nice that they had one. Great bathroom: large with plenty of room to store our toiletries. Very quiet room because well insulated. We were on the first floor; almst at street level.

Stayed here before as close to Buchanan Bus Station at which I arrive from Cairnryan Ferry. Bus from there to Glasgow Central for onward journey. Absolutely first-class room. Superb location for Glasgow City Centre more generally. I did some minor professional work in transit and excellent facilities in that regard. Take-away slippers was a lovely touch. Choice of rainfall or hand-held shower (I prefer the latter).

Staff are lovely, efficient and helpful, the hotel is always spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable, comfortable lounge to sit in, right in the centre of town so going shopping is great and not far to walk to drop bags off, fantastic for going to the Pavillion theatre as its directly across the road from it and the Royal concert hall is a block away, as is Buchanan st bus station, 2 minute walk to Buchanan st and Sauchiehall st, we stay in the city centre regularly and the Maldron is by far the best for comfort and value for money in comparison to the ones nearby

The room accessibility before the check-in and also the request to be placed on the higher level were fulfilled by Lena. Lena is a gem, super polite, professional, energetic, and extra helpful employee ! The room had a city - panorama view streaching just above The Pavilion Theatre. Kettle and safe in the room were highly appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered varieties of deli, yogurts, cheese, veggies, and fruits. Great coffees .. even a de- cafinated latte ! Location of Maldrone Hotel is perfect , very close to the bus station, and just a few blocks to Queen train station. Just a perfect stay in marvelous Glasgow.

Stafff was very accommodating and offered servies that matched our needs. They allowed us to store our luggaage while we move to Edinburgh and Highlands until we came back on our 2nd booking with them. We arrived early and they were able to give us a room on both times though with an early check in fee on the 2nd time.
